Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of these products, and to protect the health of our customers, we cannot accept returns for any adult novelty or lingerie.

For defects, all products fall under their respective manufacturer warranties. If you are experiencing difficulty in contacting a manufacturer, please contact our customer service department for assistance.

Orders canceled after shipping has occurred will be charged a 20% restocking fee, and shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Shipping Policy

Orders placed by credit card must be shipped to the cardholder at the credit card billing address, with the following exceptions: Shipment to cardholder’s Military, Fire/Police Department, or University address.

Most orders may also be shipped the cardholder’s verifiable place of business. To expedite order processing, please include company name and phone number when shipping to a business.

The following services are offered to our customers within the United States: 

  • USPS First Class Mail
  • USPS Priority Mail

A signature may be requested upon delivery, at our discretion.

  • USPS First Class Mail
  • USPS Priority Mail

For Our International Customers: Please allow 3-5 weeks for orders shipped First Class and 2-3 weeks for orders shipped Priority Mail (estimates do not include possible delays due to customs). Customers are responsible for any customs duties charged upon or following delivery.

Over-sized and/or heavy packages may require additional shipping costs.
